Is your delivery service nationwide?

Yes, we deliver nationally with Colombian couriers or with the courier of the customer’s choice. The shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.

Do you ship outside colombia?

Yes, we ship internationally and have the assistance of international couriers and/or customs brokers. The shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.

is there a delivery charge in Bogotá?

Deliveries in Bogota will be on our account and we will not charge you any additional costs for this service.

What is your delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the product and the quantity ordered by the customer. Once the product is ready, we will notify the customer and the shipment will be made. From that moment on, the delivery time will depend on the courier and the place of delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by bank transfer (Bancolombia, Davivienda), debit card, credit card or international card through a payment link we provide, and cash payments in Bogota. We handle 60% down payment and 40% on delivery.
